If any of our products are recalled due to manufacturing faults, we’ll let you know and give you all the information you need to return them for a full refund or replacement.
Vary rarely a product that we stock may be found to have technical faults that could be potentially harmful to users. In such cases the manufacturer will recall the items as soon as they become aware of a fault. If any products you have bought from us are recalled, you are entitled to a full refund.
