TSG provide a national support service across the GB mainland through its network of experienced installation Engineers, however some more remote and rural post codes in the Highlands may be subject to a supplemental charge to cover additional fuel and traveling time costs.
Wherever possible TSG endeavor to try and absorb this supplemental charge if the call can be arranged into normal daily activities or journeys
Important - These additional costs should be agreed with Customer by the Client/ Client Partner at the point of call booking, as TSG will submit these additional elements to the Client where appropriate.
